Matthew 6:21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
The Great Unpacking!
“Are you ready to meet Jesus?”
was HIServant’s outcry,
“…because I see your suitcases filled with this life.”
“To the last bag, o’erwhelming,
so are your possessions
found stuffed in like gold
which you hoard as obsessions.”
And such weigh souls down thus, our movements, restricting…
from seeking CHRIST with all our hearts till — HIS quickening!
So lay them all down! Every camouflaged burden!
Cast off this life’s baggage,
and close all such curtains!
With a heart full of Joy and with empty hands — reaching
Oh Self! Now “unpacked” are you FREE to meet JESUS!
As HIServant lifting this outcry with greater zeal as we see the Hour approaching,

Devotional: Luke 10:41-42 “And JESUS answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
What did Mary chose? To hear her LORD! Our LORD! To listen because obedience is better than sacrifice! See 1 Samuel 15:22.
Also consider the well known passage regarding this dividing line! Matthew 6:24:
“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve GOD and money.” (Or anything which detracts from complete devotion) This is HIS WORD.
As such, our identity isn’t found in this life, not in work, possessions, and so forth…but in WHOSE we are…for the life about to come. In Heaven — Eternal!
Again Matthew 6:21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Daily learn at the feet of JESUS with hands unobstructed by the love/interest in the things of this world so that HE can fill both your hands and your heart!
So! The Great Unpacking finds one casting aside every suitcase obstacle and now running…to meet JESUS!
