1 Timothy 2:1 “First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men…”
With Intercessory’s Intent!
To those who’ve already
been praying,
and to others who’ve sacrificed
greater than they…
is this heartfelt expression most
zealously mentioned!
With Gratitude’s excess —
this day.
All my valleys and trials
now past…had became so
because — intercessors arose!
Then, as such, lifted up and pulled through by their proxy…have I
been now countless of times!
Thus let us be found — intersecting;
by sewing such life lines with
prayer-filled threads!
Then HIS fabric connecting
shall also protect you. So! Intercede
well with each strand!

Devotional: 2 Corinthians 1:11 “….you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many.”
It is more than the words which our hearts weave together. Far, far more so!
The second part of that verse says, “…for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many.” What blessing!
But, perhaps like myself, you’ve struggled with feelings of such unworthiness…that you don’t pray at all!
Chock up a point for the devil for distracting us from GOD’s truths AND CHRIST’s finished work!
Jeremiah 31:3 “The LORD has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you!” — Eternally loved by our SAVIOUR — forever!
So I close with the blessed reality of Heaven’s Fabric which HE ultimately and sovereignly sees!
Luke 22:32 “…but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.”
You are lifted up in this hour, my friend! As I pen these words speaking most of all to myself,
“Turn again with most fervent Intercession on behalf of others and find that HE shall reward your persistence in like manner!”
