The 30% Apology?

Psalm 116:12 “What shall I render to the LORD for all HIS benefits toward me?”

The 30% Apology?

A 100% effort is always requested. In some cases even required…with Joy!

As if every movement or action one takes must equate to the same expectation!

But truly Confessions need heart-felt persistence; Apology’s metrics demand nothing less!

For who would accept a percentage? Say, “30”? Most certainly few who knew they deserved more!

So give all to the ONE; WHOSE blood covered CALVARY! Surrender all praise and Apology’s heights!

Far beyond just “deserving”, HE knows your heart’s storage! So any reserve, you must not still hold back!

Though to others you may offer “Less Than’s” percent- age; though measured your words are whose sum equals — “Lack!”…

I will tell you from first hand experience — “Forfeit your total surrender to CHRIST!”
— as HE asked!

As HIServant re-reminded to give HIM and all others my all…at all times,

Whitney

Devotional: 1 Corinthians 6:20 “For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify GOD in your body, and in your spirit, which are GOD’s.”

Priceless even! Meaning: we can’t provide any substitute compensation! And both our body and our spirit, even our soul…are GOD’s!

So when we come before HIM with confession, since HE’s both done all and owns everything, how does one rationalize giving a “less than” response?

Romans 12:1 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of GOD, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto GOD, which is your reasonable service.”

We are to present ourselves to our CREATOR as living, daily, complete, total and willing sacrifices.

An apology for errors and sin then should mirror such presentations to our Almighty GOD! Yes?

Matthew 16:24 “Then JESUS told HIS disciples, “If anyone would come after ME, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow ME.”

Denying ourselves must be given a 100% effort then! These are foundational commandments for us to joyfully follow, amen?

Timothy 6:12 “Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.”

Giving back “less than” to CHRIST in our service as well as confessions are not then sovereignly sanctioned actions, are they?

Save then your 30% apologies to HIM along with each half-hearted effort.

There’s just no time left to be giving HIM “less than” all!

Amen and amen!
