Titus 3:9 “But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless.”
Avoiding Dispassionate Debates!

What’s Love got to do with “religious compassion” for how can “transactional care” replace CHRIST’s?
How might “going through motions” achieve HIS affection? The Answer? They can’t…and they won’t.
Despite this hard truth, many still choose their options as though rote routine might win over one’s heart.
As if through “some process” the soul can be won! But the truth is far from those “combative” as such.
Consequently the gauge can be found in this question. “Seek you sincere answers or Vain arguments?”
For just giving the reason you love the LORD JESUS will only help those truly wanting to know.
In contrast, in closing, the rest wish debate. So with grace leave such souls in the hands of Love’s Source!
As HIServant sharing HIS loving answers while avoiding vain arguments,

Devotional: 2 Timothy 2:23-24 “Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels.
And the LORD’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone,
able to teach, patiently enduring evil…”
Most often, the person across from us provides this “answer” with the words they choose.
Open-handed sentences where one shows the desire to learn without conflict are enjoyable.
But the opposite brings grief. The peace they steal from others by arguing harms those who are simply trying to answer with GOD’s love.
Proverbs 29:11 “A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back.”
So displaying GODly discernment not only helps you retain your peace in CHRIST which ravaging debaters come to steal…
…but it helps those listening nearby as well.
Though some personally “require” an Apologetics battle in order to be saved,
I will submit to you that a simple, loving answer offered in sincerity…will embrace the rest to surrender their will.
2 Timothy 2:14 “Remind them of these things, and charge them before GOD not to quarrel about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers.”
Let then our first, as well as final, answer be offered from a heart consumed by the love of our LORD!
Amen and amen!
