Psalm 118:8 “It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”
The Wait-less Line!
At the doctor’s;
with reasons
and symptoms to share
Sitting patiently,
waiting…
our pains to explain.
In the moment;
over Time…
so many before
in their offices
watching
the hours crawl past.
Then when we’re called
we give thanks!
But! Just for seconds
they try to relate
with us…
until we’re sent home.
For prescriptions
then wait we
for what they thought best.
Then for the results
delayed…
we sit in silence.
But! Truth be told
HE reminds…
their ways are not HIS.
So! For HIM wait then
in Faith…
with steadfast Belief!
When next you go
to their door,
pause there in prayer.
The outcome is HIS
alone!
So! WAIT…on the LORD!

Devotional: Luke was a physician who depended wholly upon the LORD.
Many doctors, nurses, physicians and staff do also. Even do, we are flesh and they are as well.
So waiting is par for the course but whose report do we prioritize? For whom do we wait most expectantly?
Psalm 108:12 “Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.”
Ultimately we wait but not for their plans. And! HE instantly hears us unlike the ear of Flesh.
There’s no waiting in line for the LORD’s attention!
So we bow in prayer for HIS presence and touch!
Psalm 28:7 “The LORD is my strength and my shield; in HIM my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to HIM.”
So long then much greater for the voice of The KING…lifting, healing and that day, calling you!
Amen and amen!
Psalm 9:10 “And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek YOU!”
