The Great Race!

Jeremiah 29:13 “You will seek ME and find ME when you seek ME with all your heart.”

The Great Race!

The race of one
to The ONE
is run without
competition.

The only mark,
broken hearts,
start every day
with Glory’s spark.

Thus Prayer brings
favor — HIS;
WHOM run we just
in hand with HIM.
WHOM seek we first
to run…IN HIM!

As HIServant drawn to further press into HIS presence each morning for direction,

Devotional: Hebrews 3:1 “Therefore, holy brothers, partners in a heavenly calling, keep your focus on JESUS, the APOSTLE and HIGH PRIEST of our confession.”

Each morning, before starting any task, is meant for communication with our LORD GOD.

It’s to get directions for the hour and the day and serves as a reminder that we’re to run TO and IN HIM…

…not against anyone else. Because!

This is a singular race, your daily race to get closer to our Almighty GOD. I can’t run your race at all. Only you can.

John MacArthur: “The more you focus on yourself, the more distracted you will be from the proper path.

The more you know HIM and commune with HIM, the more the SPIRIT will make you like HIM.”

The more you are like HIM, the better you will understand HIS utter sufficiency for all of life’s difficulties.

And that is the only way to know real satisfaction.” So!

You don’t have to look like, copy, imitate or follow anyone else to get to that most sacred spot!

There’s no human competition. Just getting past “ourselves”.

Those distractions which we entertain and which act as obstacles to deep fellowship with JESUS.

Therefore, Self! JUST look at HIM.

JUST listen to HIM! Just focus on HIS heart to be like HIM more…every day!

Hebrews 12:1-2 “Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us,

let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us,

and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

fixing our eyes on JESUS, the AUTHOR and PERFECTOR of faith,

who for the joy set before HIM endured the cross, despising the shame,

…and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of GOD!”

Amen and amen!
