Romans 12:12 “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer!”
Lift HIM up!

Oh, how great is the
LORD, sing HIS
praises!
With Thanksgiving
and Joy, with both
heart and your voice,
lift HIS NAME!
Though the enemy
steal, sing HIS praises!
Though he try to
destroy both your
hopes and your voice,
keep the Faith!
THE LORD shall
restore you, give
HIM praise!
Since the goodness
of GOD cannot ever
be stopped then…
keep singing!
As HIServant singing and shouting HIS praise no matter the weather and no matter the hour,

Devotional: Ephesians 1:16 “I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers…”

Tonight, the first Wednesday of each month at Calvary Chapel Columbus, we have prayer night.
And how important it is that both we and the people praying for us come…with expectant hearts.
Hebrews 4:16 “Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
WITH confidence!
Luke 6:12 “In these days HE went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to GOD.”
ALL night long! We can watch and pray a few hours, amen? 🙂
And James 1:6 reminds us all regarding our Faith level when praying.
“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.”
So we do ask the LORD for the pleas that are on our hearts.
And we’re reminded to abandon Apathy and Complacency. We’re reminded to also cast off any display of hype and hope but instead to focus on Faith!
“Believing for” and no just “hoping that” something will change for the better!
And what better reason is there to praise THE NAME of JESUS WHO awaits our faithful response to HIS perfectly faithful and complete sacrifice at Calvary which has saved us for Eternity!
So lift HIM up! Praise HIS NAME! Oh my soul, cast off all Doubt and come before HIM with Thanksgiving.
HE has and IS doing all things well and for our good!
Psalm 66:19 “But truly GOD has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer.”
Sing HIS praise, oh Self! Shout to the LORD!

Amen and amen!
