“& Mother!”

Isaiah 66:13: “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you.”

“& Mother!”

Honoring parents may not
always seem easy. As children,
our views, often skewed
were from Truth.

So with immature eyes,
we assumed what is right…
though Experience had not
yet taught us.

As such, some
instructions from GOD
were still pending…
since youth was our
badge and Time’s
hands not yet flown.

So with incomplete pictures,
we judged behind whispers…
not knowing the larger scope
our parents knew.

So FATHER, we thank YOU
for mothers most faithful;
who chose YOUR great NAME
to believe and to share!

Who blessed and corrected
through Love as intended…
as YOUR living WORD directs
flesh to proceed!

Now we pray for our sisters
who also are mothers and
those who have not yet
known YOU as their LORD!

Whose choices brought anguish
to children whose sadness
continues because no
confessions were made.

Thus with praise and petition
we lift up their souls for YOUR
blessing and guidance in
each of their lives!

Spoken from YOU through them
were our frames formed within…
so uplift we their hearts till
transformed by YOUR own!

As HIS thankful servant praying for all mothers in all situations to both see and follow HIS heart,

Devotional: Proverbs 6.20 “My son, keep thy father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother…”

Isaiah 49:15: “Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne?”

The perceived blessing or curse that a parent seems to be to a child is very real to the youth.

Although lacking life Experience, a young heart will naturally gravitate towards the Mother.

She gave birth to their frame where the soul GOD had made in Eternity past…joined into one.

While many of us are joyful for GOD fearing Mothers and Fathers, many others have experienced differently…and too many others still do.

So we praise GOD for all fathers AND MOTHERS…

who are bound to CHRIST. We also petition HIM that all others would soon see AND know HIM in this life…like we do.

Oh how HE loves us, far beyond even a most caring Mother!

All glory to GOD!

Amen and amen!
