The Freedom of Truth!
Glorious freedom is
ours within JESUS
WHOSE sacrifice
draws us to “One
and the same!”
To do as HE did
without Apathy’s
doubts and to press
on the more in
great Faith!
So know that our
flights soar the
highest in CHRIST
when we sacrifice
fully — unchained.
Finally follow HIS steps
by correcting in Love
WHEN Rebellion is
seen without shame.
Yea, at its first sign
choose to battle
its pride. THEN!
Victoriously stand in
HIS NAME!

Devotional: Romans 1:18 “For the wrath of GOD is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.”
As the old saying goes, “Which would you rather have? A convenient, complacent lie or an inconveniently hard truth?
“Well…” it’s all about speaking JUST truth…in love.
And at the bottom line, that’s the question to us all.
Will we sacrifice our pride, our will, our wants and whims…to serve the LORD?
It’s not about a convenient, “Half truth” compromised walk!!
JESUS only asks one thing of each of us. EVERYTHING!
But what happens when sharing truth gets pushback?
Let’s look at Galatians 4:16? “Have I then become your enemy by telling you the truth?”
Then…are any of us permitted to push back against the simple instructions of GOD which are meant for our benefit and the blessing of others?
NO!
Because! The rewards of firmly and intentionally walking JUST in HIS steps are exponential.
That’s where growth comes from and there’s no Joy like pure fellowship with GOD!
So whenever we see rebellion in our own lives, we must accept the hard truth of GOD’s WORD telling us to change. AND!
Change as HE instructs!
Whenever we see rebellion in another brother or sister, then we go to them in love and correct.
And they must change as HE instructs as well.
Because living a lie, no matter how much soft truth we paint all around it…living a lie is still a lie. Period.
Of course, the saddest place for this to occur then is in the church.
So let us quickly choose to “Exhibit the 9!” daily…meaning the nine fruits of the SPIRIT.
Then not only will we feel and experience true freedom in CHRIST, all those around us will too!
