“Standing” with HIS Roses!

Song of Solomon 2:1 “I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.”

“Standing” with HIS Roses!

Two viewing a flower bouquet. Two claim very different perspectives.

One sees every petal’s most brilliant display while the other scene is less descriptive.

So where one’s sight centers is crucial indeed. Else “beholding the stems” will one be.

Consuming with bland and the grayest of greens so Despair may seem real…by deceiving.

But I tell all this truth! Cast your eyes to the sky! Light’s kaleidoscope fills HIS rose garden!

Lift your gaze FROM the ground where those stems always stand and absorb Heaven’s paintbrush — outpouring!

Then turn to those souls near the ground…still face down whose attentions need brushed with GOD’s colors.

Yes! Share what HE’s shown you on Life’s brightest billboards so others will “see” and believe in HIS NAME!

As HIServants meant to transparently reflect only CHRIST,

Devotional: Ephesians 5:2 “And walk in love, as CHRIST loved us and gave HIMSELF up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to GOD.”

So that’s giving all to JESUS to then be as a fragrant flower to all those around us.

And what a worthy sacrifice in the manner of HIS own! Giving everything!

But the Flesh is hesitant and we find ourselves with competing perspectives.

“Half full” versus “half empty”…and it’s always a matter of perspective.

Spiritually speaking, people either see HIM as the pleasant Rose of Sharon or just as a thorny stem without any beauty.

Truth is that HE is beautiful beyond description and all HE’s done for us is the height of unmerited favor!

By keeping HIS finished work at Calvary ever in the forefront of our minds…

…then we can truly and see HIS garden full of love for us and give thanks in all situations!

Song of Solomon 2:10 “My Beloved speaks and says to me: “Arise, MY love, MY beautiful one, and come away…”

Oh, how we love YOU!

Amen and amen!
