The Greatest Comfort!
Respites are relief which
one prays will continue.
Too often, however,
they don’t.
GOD’s interventions
instead choose to stop…
what seems to be
our comfort.
But HE isn’t wrong nor
uncaring a FATHER for
HE transforms us with
such purpose!
Friends, what love would
it be if GOD ceased
changing us to be
like HIM?
Thus these ongoing, soul
alterations are worthy!

Devotional: Isaiah 43:18 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.”
We are clay vessels that naturally seek Comfort and Ease.
But as GOD sovereignly and surgically adds and removes from our frames on HIS Potter’s Wheel….
…we are daily being further “made into HIS perfect image.”
Ephesians 4:23-24 “…and that you are to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, which in the likeness of GOD has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.”
As such, LORD JESUS, never leave us within the illusions of Ease where we no longer want all of YOU.
Yes, change us every part till we see THEE in full!
Philippians 3:14 “I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which GOD, through CHRIST JESUS, is calling us!”
