On the POTTER’s File!
The magnifying glass is relentlessly discerning.
What looks good from a distance isn’t so once up close.
A razor implies that its edge is well sharpened.
But under a microscope, it’s a jagged toothed saw.
So our outward appearance can seem “cutting edge”…
…but on closer inspection, our works fail HIS test.
Consequently be honed on the file of HIS WORD!
So my soul! Let HIS SWORD cut the dross from your life…
till yours helps sever chains without fail.

What we think we look like to CHRIST and to the world …isn’t an accurate assessment.
Close up, upon further examination, we are fleshly vessels whose need of a SAVIOUR is abundantly clear.
But GOD! Even in our inadequacies and failures,
HE graciously resharpens our edge to help cut through the chains of others.
HE uses HIS file upon us so that we’ll be effective workers and chain breakers.
So stay on the Potters’ wheel for transformation…
and submit to HIS filing process to make you HIS effective sword, releasing others!
Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.”
So I pray this sharpens you with Wisdom as well for HIS extended service…today!
