1 Corinthians 15:57 “But thanks be to GOD, WHO gives us the victory through our LORD JESUS CHRIST.
And Likewise!
Counting the days, sometimes minutes…
until the next unexpected
encounter surprises.
“Up again for the challenge!” then
drags our frames forward for action…
which we want no part of.
Yet! Struggle ensures we are set
upon CHRIST with these eyes made of flesh…
and our hearts fixed on HIS.
Though this, another day’s battle,
one complaint my soul shall not lift…
for HIS Victory is mine!
And likewise! It’s also your gain;
Scars are part of our walk, trusting GOD…
WHO shall soon transform us!
Now “greet” this day’s conflict with praise;
for when our race ends, we still win!
So rise, my dear friend…embrace Different!

GOD brought the Israelites through 40 years of trials in the desert to prepare them as a nation for the Promised Land.
In comparison, how old are you? How many years of Life trials have you been brought through…up to this date?
As I look at my own age in this moment, a smile fills this face. That’s because there’s been so many times where HE’s rescued me supernaturally.
So, while I may yet again gain another scar today, it will not defeat nor disappoint me.
Rather it shall stand as proof that HE WHO loves me is STILL working in AND on me…for HIS good pleasure.
