Faith’s Answered Prayers!

1 Corinthians 13:12 “Now we see but a dim reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face! Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known!”

Faith’s Answered Prayers!

Deeply placing one’s feet within Faith will require their removal from paths filled with Doubt. No stance which is steadfast can boldly be claimed when HIS footprints — our souls stand — without.

Just as separate our will is from HIS sovereign choice; so is “clay vessel trust” proven errant. Planting solely each step in our Flesh (or in part) then brings Grief which seems endlessly “sent”.

Since Life’s Author and Alpha prepared our foundation, long before Time had hands or a face; soon will Sight become Faith’s answered prayer at last! So rise…for your SAVIOUR awaits!

As HIServant reminded to kneel in HIS footprints,

Devotional: 2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we live by faith, not by sight.” This is the precursor to 1 Corinthians 13:12 above.

This devotion has a couple points. The first is HE is coming back for us so we must live with expectation. Great anticipation for HIS return! We know so very little compared with standing on the other side of the glass. For when we see HIM in the clouds at the Rapture, we shall be fully aware and will fully know all just as HE has forever fully known us.

Secondly, until then we have the privilege of displaying uncompromised Faith to all those around us. We have the blessing of HIS stability in the rough seas and tempest storms of life.

Such a wondrous refuge then is found inside HIS footprints…and their depth which we greater embrace the more we walk through HIS WORD zealously. This simple reminder then to self most of all…is to block up and cut off every side trail, dirt road or even paved path which leads to Doubt’s stronghold.

Yes, start a trash pile in front of its house or bulldoze enough junk to it’s entryway that you can no longer shrink back into its uncertainty and worry.

Again remembering one of the movies in the The Lord of the Rings series, I often re-envision Gandalf with his staff. He stands boldly at the entrance to the stone bridge he and his friends were on. There he vigorously shouts at the fire demon trying to cross over and harm them, “You shall not pass!”

Make the same stand, Beloved! HE awaits ahead of us on the path of purpose HE set before our souls; HE is so soon to return for us!

Now with the zeal of CHRIST, while standing deep within HIS footprints seen in the WORD. so live by Faith and shout you also to the demon of Doubt who attacks to distract you from HIS Victory!

Amen and amen!
