Psalm 100:3 “Know that the LORD HIMself is GOD; It is HE WHO has made us, and not we ourselves; we are HIS people and the sheep of HIS pasture.”
For Steps Solitary…

In the race for Relevance
to make moments “most memorable”; the Flesh will,
by default, dismiss other views.
Intersecting yet ignoring,
so such move — myopic;
so bluntly self centric, they
stand on their own.
Even woven alone without
one thread — entwining;
thus Fellowships’ bliss never breathes before Dying.
Independently chosen,
still singularly stranded,
these islands keep boasting
of Tourism’s Heights.
But exclusively focused, all
such cords gaze inwards,
unaware that Tomorrow has
no guarantees.
So this thread bears a message
for Self and those selfish;
for steps solitary…the LORD
never formed you.
As HIServant outstretched reflecting HIS arms for me,

Devotional: Looking at the above referenced verse in Psalms 100, we see the word “we”, don’t we?
“We” is not independent, isolated, singular nor alone. “We” speaks of togetherness, communion, unity and more.
Contrast this with Matthew 18:12! “What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying?”
GOD designed us as unique threads MEANT to be wholly intersected and sovereignly sewn together!
So isn’t the “island” viewpoint is contradictory to GOD’s family perspective? Yes! Therefore, be encouraged!
While we all experience solitary steps in life, they are not purposed as permanent by GOD! In no way!
Arise then, oh Doubting Thomas and Tracy! There are lost, single threads who have not yet tasted such spiritual joy and rapture.
It is our blessing and privilege to help rethread those individual soul strands back…into HIS presence beside us!
Amen and amen!
