Hebrews 11:1-2 “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.”
Count HIM Faithful!
Against Goliath did David in Faith
— trust JEHOVAH.
Against Pharaoh did Moses place
faith in HIM also.
Against culture did Esther put
Faith in GOD’s favor.
And Mary, in Faith, believed GOD
to be faithful.
All four risking life at man’s
hands and traditions…
chose Faith to move forward
though met by CHRIST’s foes.
What Truth then for us as
examples to follow
though Death isn’t pressed
against us by this world.
So! Stand up in Faith which is
steadfastly planted
in HIS sovereign plans which
prepare you for battle.
For just as HIS WORD shows us
those who kept going…
so shall you continue with Faith
in HIS power!

Devotional: Hebrew’s 11:11 “By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged HIM faithful WHO had promised!”
There are many more examples of people GOD uses who stepped up by putting their Faith in HIM.
Hebrews 11:31 “By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish with those who did not believe, when she had received the spies with peace.”
Yet for most of us, our battles aren’t life threatening. They’re still important and significant but! They don’t risk our very lives should we press onward.
So remember GOD’s WORD fellow pilgrim…and like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego…don’t bow to Fear!
Rather rise up in Faith for the testimony of our LORD and those gone before us is True!
