A Question of Lenses!

Psalm 119:105 “YOUR WORD is a Lamp to my feet and a Light to my path.”

A Question of Lenses!

There’s a lens which the
world looks through daily…
and one other whose
MAKER is CHRIST.

Side by side in this
life — both observing;
so Perceptions gain life
and opinions…are born.

Reformed are these
then into glasses…worn
to view our surroundings
and take our own paths.

So how difficult when
different lenses…are put
into frames and reset on
our faces!

How skewed then our vision
which alters our choices;
how faulty each step thus
becomes which we choose!

So remove every frame and
examine each lens…till you
clearly see JESUS in all
that you do!

As HIServant reminded and reminding to do daily lens examinations,

Whitney

Devotional: Credit to Joseph Spillman: “You see things differently when the Bible is THE lens you look out of.”

We go through this life often bumping into things. They’re variables such as going too fast and not paying attention.

But the truth is everything is a variable worth examining closely.

Else precious Time is wasted in the wrong direction or just going in circles…because we can’t “see straight.”

Psalm 119:18 “Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of YOUR law. (YOUR WORD!)

So, by stopping all together in this moment, by taking our perceptions and opinionated frames off; then we gain Time to make adjustments.

As such, I encourage this self and all others!

Make certain that both lenses you “wear” correctly filter each Sight through CHRIST!

Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of GOD and HIS righteousness, and all these things will be added to you!”

Yes! Make sure that your faith in HIM isn’t clouded by the lenses you’ve chosen!

Amen and amen!
